My career as a stylist began in 2006 on Newbury Street at Best of Boston's James Joseph Salon followed by Bradley and Diegel Salon. I acquired foundational training from the Vidal Sassoon method. I specialize in precision hair cuts and creating natural and individualized color and styles. I am inspired by natural beauty and always prioritize the health and integrity of my clients hair. Salt of the Earth Hair Studio is a unique and progressive creative space, ideal for me as both an artist and healer and I am so grateful to work in an environment where health, self care and beauty are integrated. We use plant based, non-toxic products and are a Green Circle Salon.

I started on my plant path in 2011 when I took time off from doing hair to travel with the goal to be more connected with nature & self reliant. I volunteered & worked on a variety of farms including the Herb Pharm, a production herb farm in Oregon; Waiheke Valley Permaculture Farm in New Zealand; Kealaola Lettuce Farm in Hawaii; & Elliot Farm, a vegetable farm in Lakeville MA. I hold five certificates in herbalism qualifying me to practice clinically in advising the public on how to use plants for healing purposes. I am currently working toward a recognized level of expertise & commitment to the practice of herbalism by registering with The American Herbalist Guild.
